Hi All,
Is anyone on here familiar with Steiner Lawn Tractors? I picked one up and got it running but it will not move when you push the pedal for forward or reverse. If you push the differential lock it will move but I have read that the differential lock mechanically locks it up so will move. I changed the filter and oil since it has been sitting around for a long time. Everything seems to be connected to the pedal and moves The hydraulics work fine for steering or lifting mower. Any tips for trouble shooting this issue.

You may have a broken axle or a stripped spline that keeps the unlocked differential from pulling , the lock makes both axles pull when engaged, both pull as one together.
