Stuck valve

Neighbor has early 8N with stuck exhaust valve and can't seem to get it loose thru the valve cover. Any suggestions? Thanks

ush it down thru spark plug hole. Cam will push it back up.

use acetone and atf fluid as a drench.. thrut he spark plug hole and ont he stem.. should help it move if it is just gummed / or carbon stuck and not bent or something.

Thanks guys.. I pulled the head and used all the snake oils and carb cleaners. Have to drive it down each time I turn it over. Stuck or sticking bad. What type of keepers hold the spring on? I ordered a manual but won't be here til Sat.
