Successful start

After 2/3 of the summer,I just now cranked up the 9N/8N and it started right up, running good and strong.

I had to jumpt the starter with my truck and used a string to run the choke.
It's out in the yard warming up now. Just gonna let it run and charge the battery for a while then re-tighten the head a few times.

After all this, the last thing i did after rebuilding the carb was put in a new coil.

After reading this forum and thinking back how many times the tractor stalled and i walked away with the key on, sometimes over night, i was pretty sure.

It had to be overhauled, but i could have drove it around smokin up the neighborhoiod,,, maybe.

Anyway, big thanks to guys like Dunk, Dell, Sound dude, Jmor, Old and countless others, because i couldn't have done it without yor help.

later,

I too jumped my 9n once off a truck until I burned up a condencer or two. But a man gotta do what a man gotta do. lol lol
