Summer warmth pic

Back, more than a couple of years ago, when it didn't rain every day in Jun Jul and Aug and could actually put up unwashed grass hay. I moved this pic of my 830CK happily mowing at around 1400 rpm, just singing. I ran across the pic this morning and am using it now as my background on the new 'puter. Replaced my wife's flowers...... Larry

Just noticed how crummy the fuel tank looks in the pic. The tractor is original, 2400 hours on it, tin and everything else looks great, except the tank! Did Case paint them differently I wonder? Larry

Had to go back and look at the tank,the windows had my attention,lol

Tank may have been of a different combination of steel to keep them from rusting on the inside so easily. But the paint didn't stick to the surface as good because of it, causing the problem on the outside.
