Ok, I have come here for the experts help. My throw out bearing froze up on my Super 90 this winter and melted through the clutch release levers. I ordered new bearing, clutch assembly, and pilot bearing. I reassembled everything and the clutch release levers are fully depressed. Looking at the service manual it talks about adjusting the release yoke lock nut. Is there a special tool for this? Does anyone have a picture or diagram of how the whole assembly goes together. I have the IT shop manual that has a limited section on this. I did not know if the service manual covered it in more detail. It looks good before I tighten the clutch cover down, but as soon as I start to tighten the clutch cover it depresses the release levers. I have had it together and back apart about 4 times now. I am getting really good at splitting this beast apart. I thought maybe I had the clutch plate in backwards. I flipped that around and it did not help. Tried tightening each cover bolt one turn at a time going in star pattern thinking I may be pinching something, and that did not help. Any help insight or frustrations would be appreciated.
