Yes, sone linkage adjustment is needed in any case, but should be bolt on. Jim
When I bought the tractor, it had the side rails for shutters and had the quadrant but no lever or linkage. I found a nice shutter on E bay and the turn buckle is off a screen door. The lug on the adjusting handle is made out of a positive terminal bolt off the back of an alternator.
