Super A decal placement

I have noticed many of the super A tractors on the hood the IH decal is in front of the Farmall name, and on some tractors it is behind the Farmall name. Is this a preference issue or a year issue?
 
Decal is the same on both sides, the IH to the left of the name FARMALL, so it depends on which side of the tractor you look at.
