Super A problem

Hello, I usually post on the N forum but got a Super A problem. My cousin came to list my garden today and when the tractor got hot it would start skipping and finally shut off and restart after cooling. It sounds like a coil problem but he put a new one on earlier today. Think the new one is bad too? Any ideas welcomed.

I would look at the possibility of a bad condencer. Good luck with the adventure

Set the points as well .020"
The fuel cap vent could be plugged, the fuel delivery could be slow enough to not fill the carb when working, and condensers do fail. Jim
