Super C Fast Hitch

(quoted from post at 16:20:47 04/24/12) Hey guys, is there a way to make the fast hitch lower quicker on a super c. Thank you
Engine speed is the only thing that controls it unless you can find a bigger pump or smaller cylinder that fits. It's pressure up and down and you have a cylinder size and pump size... not much you can do without changing one of them. Down is faster than up now due to the diffence in area of the head and rod end of the cylinder, which is slight.

You may have a restriction in the bypass block thats making it drop extra slow. You may need to disassemble to clean and or repair.

OR

Remove the bypass block that both lines from the auxiliary control valve to the cylinder go through. It's bolted the the seat box and is located between the seat box and shifter. It was designed to prevent damage to equipment by dropping them too fast.

I have Super C the was bypassing and not allowing much fluid to the cylinder. I bypassed it thinking I would repair it. That was 2 years ago and I still haven't mad time to do the repair. I probably won't put it back on as I like the performance without it.

OR

You can put the pin in and make it a pressure down application rather than gravity down.
