Super C seat support base

My Super C seat support base looks to me like it is about to fall off. I can't tell from looking at the hardware but, are these supposed to be studs or bolts? Im thinking of just using my air hammer/chisel to just knock the remains of the bolts off and then deal with it once the base is out of the way. The first picture is the best looking bolt and thes second is what the rest look like. Any one deal with this before? Im not too worried about getting the remains of the bolts out. I really don't want to fall off this thing haha.

Mine bolt in .got four in the corners of toll box secure into top plate of differential . I have an early super C .
Take your time and fix it so it’s secure , long way down off that platform to the ground. Look like your bolts are shear off , they will need to come out of the top plate . What I see from photos .

I agree, but don't chisel off the stud, remove the nuts with the chisel. you will need all the shank you can get to turn it out. That is after heating it cherry red and cooling it 3 times. as it cools the third time, put candle wax on it so it melts into the rust. Repair the box botton as needed to get all the bolts holding it down, or buy a replacement box. Jim

I was able to get all 4 out. I used my air hammer to split the nuts on the rear two. After that the whole thing just lifted off, so rust must have been holding the front on. It seemed pretty stable though. Anyhow the front left one I had to drill out and re-tap. I tried welding nuts on it but, that didn't work. The other three I got out with heat and pipe wrench/twist sockets. I was able to cheat and put my vacuum inside the tractor while drilling, as I am resealing the pto at this time too. Im going to repair the seat base as I think it is salvageable.
