A 200 is about the same and mine came with one on it. I never used it but it was on the tractor when I bought it. I bought it from a school and it was only used one year; they had just replaced it because the first deck was worn out.
 
Dropping the fast hitch is not a big job. I had to do it alone as a teenager to mount a corn snapper. Lower the main frame on blocks then remove the cylinder and top rocker arm. You will need plugs for the cylinder hoses unless someone has converted to quick connect. If my memory serves me correctly, it was 1/4" NPT and you will need two female and two male plugs. Finally remove the six bolts holding the assembly to the rear housing. To reinstall, just reverse the process. We always removed the control lever to prevent any possible accident with the hoses plugged though I don't think that is absolutely necessary.
