I have two super c and finally got the tank back and tried to start and I thought it was the starter so I swaped starters and no the other one wont start now.It ran fine b for and now it wont start I have power to the coil and the starter and the alternator but it wont start and the other one is the same way.

This is probably NOT it, but ... I've been working on the fuel system on a Super C this week and I keep forgetting to turn the gas back on (the "L-shaped" knob over the glass bowl below the tank). You are probably smart enought to turn the gas on, though, unlike me.

My next question would be: Is the choke-lever functioning properly?

That's about the extent of my mechanical abilities. I hope someone posts you some better advice. Good luck!

Because you swapped starters, I assume that both of them will not make the engine turn at all (beyond not starting, this means not cranking)
Using a test light (cheap at the auto store)do the following in order!!
Use the clip lead of the test light to touch the battery post which is grounded (should be Positive if original) (not the cable clamp, the actual round post). Use the probe on the light to touch the other post (not clamp) if it lights the battery has some juice (it should be fully charged to assure proper testing)
Next attach the ground clamp of the test light to the grounded cable clamp of the battery, and repeat the touching of the other post (not clamp)
If no light the ground post is faulty, clean it.
If it lights go to the next step.
Now go from clamp to clamp if light, go to next step, if no light. clean the negative terminal.
Next go to the tractor ground bolt and the negative clamp. if light go on, if none, clean the ground connection.
Next go to the starter switch connection at the starter (from the tractor ground connection). If no light, the cable is bad or connection is dirty.
Next requires a meter and more testing procedure, let us know after these tests. Jim

I am having the exact same problem. Battery is fully charged, and have tried 3 different starters, all of which work on other C's. Cables seem to be fine, all new within the past few months.
