I have a problem with a Farmall B that surges at idle. I adjusted the bumper spring screw in incrementally but this had little effect. Has anyone had this problem and succesfully fixed it??
 
Some times that can be caused by having the idle set a little to lean or to rich either one will do that. You might try turning the idle screw on the carb in or out and see if that helps
