If you're riding ANY wheeled device, it doesnt matter if its a pair of roller skates or top fuel funny car on public roads you must abide by the same traffic laws as any other vehicle on the road.

You'd be surprised by the number of people that dont understand that when you have wheels under you you are no longer a pedestrian.

I'm for sure not a lawyer but I bet a person in a wheel chair is considered a pedestrian. Especially in a crosswalk.

Good choice. Bear spray kicks butt. You can really drown someone in it with its big capacity.

Using bear spray in an enclosed room means everyone in the room will be affected; when used outdoors, spraying into the wind has counter-affects too.
