Back agian...I have a TD-6 dozer, I am told it is at least a 1962, 6cyl.diesel allhyd. striaght blade. The hyd. pump appears to be mounted to a jack shaft comming out the front of the engine.

The pump appears to be from Webster Electric that is all that is readable the rest of the I.D. plate is worn off.

I need a o'ring and pump shaft seal fluid is pouring out the front of the pump. the seal is nset in a steel case looks like a lip seal the o'ring goes on the outer face of the pump under the registration plate. I also need the registration plate this one broke it looks like a cast plate due to the granular structure showing in the break.
I would like to order these parts from this web site for the help I get here i need info. a.s.a.p. if possible I have a job waiting.

Thanks agian

Parts are pretty scarce for the bigger Websters.
Webster-Electric got bought-out in 1991. Whatever is left of the company is now Sauer-Danfoss.

If the front shaft-seal leaks, that is probably NOT the problem. The leak is probably internal from a bad spider gasket and/or scored thrust plate. Once bad, it will force oil out past that external seal.

If you think your pump is fine inside (which I doubt), I'm sure you can pull the seal out, measure it and buy a generic replacment.

I just had to repair the Webster Electric pump in my 1960 John Deere crawler (23 GPM). I got lucky and had Deere do a search for nationwide "new old stock" and found a kit. The Webster Electric pumps are very well built, but they pretty much got dropped when the Cessna pumps got cheaper. Cessnas are used to replace them.

The Webster in the Deere is model 4JDS1-2L. Deere part # for a kit is AU12025 or AU12150

Just the front seal is Deere # U12875

Unless you get lucky, you're probably better off just replacing the pump with a Cessna the same size. It will be a direct, bolt-on replacement.
