this tractor has been setting for over 20 years and of course the clutch (pedal) is stuck. Is there a way to free it up WITHOUT ! having to take the engine apart from the transmission thanks for any and all feedback

I have a te20 myself and the only way to get into it is taking the bolts out of the transmission top cover and moving the steering wheel to the side or splitting the engine

Can you pull it? If you can try putting it in neutral pull it around for a little bit if that don't work pull starter off squirt WD40 on back side of flywheel bend the straw on can to get the clutch good and wet that should help ya

If you can pull start it then run it for awhile and, with the tractor still in gear, step on the brake and the clutch at the same time. It might break free. Look in the archives. There"s probably some other hints on how to break it loose without a split.
