Tea20 valve clearance

I don't have a manual yet. But am a little confused about the valve clearance numbers. Bundy bear says 12 exhaust and 10 intake and other sources I,ve read say 10 exhaust and 12 intake. Thanks

As per these manuals:
Intake...... .010 (Ten thousands of an Inch)
Exhaust.... .012 (Twelve thousands of an Inch)
Each owner to their own source of knowledge.....

I err on the ' loose ' side of the exhaust clearance, any hint of tightness causes hot running in these engines .
