Hi All,
I've just refitted the injection pump and fuel system to my TEF20 after a rebuild. I'm confident the timing is correct/close to correct and have tried firing her up - no luck. I obviously need to replace a
couple of copper washers as there is a slight fuel leak here and there but the system is well bled. As far as I can tell there is fuel to the pump and each of the injectors is receiving fuel.
But - If I fire it and let the pressure build, I can hear fuel spraying back into the tank via the injector breather pipes - assuming this is coming from the breather on the top of the filter. I'm fairly sure
that's not normal and makes me wonder if there is an issue with fuel flow allowing too much pressure to build?
Any advice would be great!
