Thanks to all of you for sharing what you know about these tractors. I dont post too much but with the archives theres not much you cant find. I check out the posts daily and they usually lead me to the garage to look at something else that might be in need of attention. This site is the most valuable tool I have when it comes to the 8N. I print many of the discusions and put right with my manual. Thanks again. Bob

If I had had access to the information on this site over the 50+ years that I either helped or had complete responsibility for maintaining our 1945 2N, my life would have been MUCH easier!

It is amazing that we managed to muddle through keeping it running all this time.
