The next HOOK

Just as a FYI: The next HOOK mails Thursday, a little later than normal for the typically late (versus other issues) September issue. Making a lot of events right now, will have some good photos posted in the next few days, I made the Friday night show at the I&I event in Rantoul for example. If you have never been folks, start making plans for 2015 there. It is an amazing show.

Thanks for the support of The HOOK!

I am more than happy to resolve any problem a customer may have with me or the product I produce. The first step to resolving that is actually knowing who I am dealing with. My suggestion is to 1) Call me at 270 202 6742 or 2)email me at [email protected] at your earliest convenience, and I guarantee that you will have any missing product within 2-3 business days of that call/email in a priority mail envelope.

Are mistakes made? YES, on a minute-by-minute basis. Could this have happened? YES. But more importantly, do I fix such things? YES, and to the favor of the customer because there is no other option as to how to fix it. I didn't revive a nearly dead product by being a scam artist, and I take exception as being labeled as such. I was raised far better than that. I await your call.

Can't wait Bryan! I love reading the magazine!! Its a great piece for the tractor pulling enthusiast! Keep up the great work dude! See at the next pull! ~Megan

Well put Mr. Lively.

I will stand behind Bryan thru thick and thin. I have been thru many dealings with Mr. Lively, and I can say that every single time, I have been more than satisfied with his integrety in doing business!! Keep up the great work Bryan!!

Thanks Steve and Megan for your kind thoughts and I think I my work is spot on much of the time. When its not I need to hear it and correct it in a fair manner. At the very beginning of this deal when I took over The HOOK I asked what could be changed and made better. I take constructive criticism very seriously and some of the biggest detractors of what The HOOK was are some of its' best supporters now. 3.5 years into my work with the HOOK that open door to new ideas or improvements is still open. Your November/December issue will reflect some change that I see that needs to be made to keep the magazine looking fresh and friendly to the eye.

I did speak with the gentleman a little while ago and upon my return to Bowling Green (before heading to the fair pull in Springfield TN) I will drop his missing product in the mail. I hate for things like this to happen, but they can and do. I thank the gentleman for his apology and I do apologize for the inconvenience.

yes I will also stand behind beside or in front of bryan he is a real nice guy and yes you did the right thing posted yor name and apologized that is what this country needs more of

The Hook has always been great magazine. When we subscribed the first time years ago we didn't get it, saw them in Lincoln Ne. and told them nicely, and they gave me my first one and started the subscription that day no questions asked.
