Three point hitch hydraulics

Hi
You guys were so helpful on my earlier issues so here is another issues.
Back the the Farmall 656. Love this old machine.
Anyway, on the hydraulics for the three point hitch there are 2 levers. One raises and lowers the three point and I think it has some control over the front end loader if I push the lever all the way forward. Or it seems that way.
The other lever, the one on the right. What does that do? It has been broken off for years. Thinking about fixing it.
If I fix it will it help any when I am back blading or snowblowing.

The outer lever is "draft control" it assists in the adjustment of implement to tractor coupling angle (pitch). The action senses hitch forces and helps maintain drive wheel traction. The amount of this action is controlled by the lever, more is forward, less is rearward. Most often used effectively with moldboard plows. The loader should be valved off from hitch action so that one or the other operates, not interacting at all. Jim
