three point lift

i have a 8n and just rebuilt the lift pump and it still will not work right . you can not control it to stay in one spot it will go all the way up or all the way down but will not stay where i wnat it to . its all clean inside and all new parts in it . whats wrong is the pump wore out or do i have something to adjust . thnaks rick

are you in position control? did you renew the cam follower pin and cam and adjust the lift cover while you had it all apart?

is it really the 8n pump and top cover.. or is it a 9n/2n pump and top cover?
