I have a john deere 20/20 gas low profile. When I try to let three point down it wont go and I cant even pull it down. If I take plug out of side of three point cover it lets the oil out and then it goes down. Then as soon as I raise it back up it stays there again. I am wondering if a relief valve is stuck or something. Any help would be great.
