Throttle lever

Where can I find the throttle lever for a 66 series that has a 90* bend In it like tractor pullers use?

I think Tomure sells them. However It would be pretty easy to make one/have one made.A sleeve with a set screw(s)

and a length of 1/2" round stock or tubing. Paint it gloss black.

I believe he means Thomure Manufacturing. I didn't see those throttle levers in there online catalog.
