Drove by today, sorry to see one of my favorite salvage yards has closed its doors. You can see it from I-35.

I bought a couple of tractors from Bob the first one in about 1975so he must be getting along in years. Nothing lasts forever I guess. Sad though.

I also drove by coming home from northern MN on the 5th and noticed that as well. I had never exited the freeway for a closer look, but always
took notice driving by. Looks pretty bare around there now...........

Yep. Bob passed away this past year. I heard that his son is slowly cleaning up. There is a phone # on the spool blocking one of the entrances.
