You can go to TSC or rural king and get a water fill adapter with garden hose connector. Then you can go to a home improvement store and get an electric pump with a garden hose in and out. Also a short garden hose to put the fluid in a barrel. Just be mindfull that you have a 115volt motor near water, but if you don't have any leaks you should never get the pump wet. I have used a setup like this several times, but since I have aquired an air piston pump which is a little faster, and probably better. always have the valve stem at the bottom, and the pump will try to colapse the tube and get all the water, but it doesn't always work that way if you already have a hole in the tube. Going back together I put only air in and use the tractor a day or to without fluid to make sure I have not pinched the tube and have no leaks before I put the fluid back in. Put the valve stem at the top and let the air out of the tire, and support the tractor on a few cribbing blocks. When air stops coming out start pumping the fluid back in. I usually fill them until the gets to the valve stem on the top. That allows for enough air space, with no worries. That maybe more than you wanted to know, but it will work, without spending alot of money on an air piston pump.

You realize, of course, that if you have calcium chloride in your tires, where ever you let it "pee" will be a dead spot for years. So if you"ve got a spot where you don"t want any vegetation, that"s where to do it.
