Tire help

the tires on my David Bradley walk behind tractor are less than ideal when cultivating my garden so I want to get some ag tires the tire size on them now is 205/75/r15 but I want them about 1 in narrower I’m not sure what size that would be though and if you are curious this guy here was the machine that gave me the bug for old iron

205 is the tire width in mm. 75 is the aspect ratio being the sidewall dimension as a percent of width. 15 indicates a 15" rim. To decrease the width you would need to look for a tire that reduces the 205 to something closer to 185 [ rounded off in my head so isn't exact.]

Original equipment was 6.70-15 bar lug implement tires.

205/75R15 was a pretty common size on full size cars and half ton pickups back in the late 70's and through the 80's. As another responder stated 205mm is about 8" wide.

Most likely you'll find those rims are 4" wide. That indicates a tire in the 5.00-6.00 range.

The most economical ag style tires you can get are 5.00-15 off ebay which you can get in pairs for around $150
