Have a friend needs a front tire/ rim. What would be a fair price ? very used tire with rim naa. He just needs for a spare due to a LOT of thorns where he has to mow.

I'm not sure this is a good comparison because of the size, but I bought a pair of 9N 4.00x19 rims and tires for $50. One tire and tube was new, the other tire was usable once I installed a new tube. I thought that was pretty reasonable.
