I recently had access to free 13.6x28 Goodyear tires, that were like brand new. I know a lot of folks here are purists, did I mess up? -- Should I be watching for any problems?? She's a working 8N and has not ever let me down, it would be my bad if I put the the wrong "shoes" on her. Looks pretty cool though -- kinda raked.

Yes,Police with radar guns when you drive her on the road. HA HA.I wish I could find a set of like new rear tires for the same price.

I don't know if you can use the narrowist setting on wheel spacing - so what. Get a set of oversized front tires and tell everyone you have a HI-CROP "N"

They probably look better than the skinny ones a cousin puts on his 861 Powermaster when he does mowing jobs. First time I seen her in that guise, told him he'd sissified that poor ol' girl and should oughta be ashamed of hisself.

His ag tires are at least 13 inchers, if not wider, so it looks pretty nasty when they're on it.

I've got an 850 with 13" on it.. and it don't look too bad.. looks better'n my 660 with 12.4's on it..

I have 13.6 by 28s that came on my 8N. Works fine and good in mud.The downside is that the ground speed is considerable faster which doesn't help reverse which is already too fast.
