Working on a Super C wide front end. The rims are 3 x 15, what size tire should I put on it? I have not been able to locate this size

As a general rule of thumb, the "right" size tires are approximately 1" wider than the rims they fit on.

So, a 3"x15" rim would have a 4.00x15 tire.

Also as a general rule you can put one size larger tire on the rim than what's "right." That means a 5.00x15 tire is perfectly acceptable.

You can also go larger. There is no law against it. However, the tire starts to get a "pinched in" look to it the wider you go, and will be more difficult to mount and seat without cutting the tube.
