i just got a tractor together for this year and i was wondering if other aged pullers could give me a little advice. i got a 4200 lb tractor that i was gonna pull in the 4500 lb class and always spun out with 12.4s on other tractor so i put 15.5s on now i cant pull in 4500 unless i get 13.6 or leave 15.5s on and pile on 1300lbs of weight to pull 5500 then i can only pull once cause i havent got near that much weight or space to put it, before i could pull 4500,5000,5500 three times three entry fees. looking for a little insight thanks

i would go 13.6 and have fun, use low air pressure and make the foot print as large as possible.

Yes smaller sounds better. But to low a pressure lowers your drawbar.
