Rim that are factory are not wide enough to have them on and work well plus a tire that size if 2 or 3 sizes bigger then factory and that can cause a problem with gearing and the N series tractor are known to go to fast in 1st gear for many jobs

16.9-28 turf?? or 16.9-24 turf?

I have 16.9-24 turf on my NAA.. big and baloon like.. would be ok on an 8n I suppose. but a 16.9-28 on an 8n.. you will need a step ladder to get on it.

I have a 950 with 14.9-28 on it and it sets high..

get a step ladder.. 16.9-28 is gonna be huge and TALL.

i have 14.9-28 on a 950 and added a step to get on it.

here is my 950.. on the left is a 11.2-28 a standard 8n tire/rim... on the right is a 14.9-28 on a power adjust 12" rim. now imagine a 16.9-28.. it will be taller, and you will need a wider rim.. and a step ladder..
