Tisco HV5902 adapter plate question

Going to add a new adapter plate on my 5000 and I think I got everything figured out except the 3 hoses from the plate to my manifold. The kit comes with 3 of 3/4-16 ORB fittings. They are 90 deg fittings. The male end gets screwed into the plate and is sealed by an o-ring. The other end is a female end for the hose connection. However I am not exactly sure what the hose end should be. It doesn't state it in the instructions it just says 3/4-16 ORB. Is it NPT. I gently screwed a 1/2 inch male NPT connector I had into it and it does go but I am just not sure what to use and dont want to do trial and error.

Most likely female NPT but the seller is the person to ask.

You can replace the fittings with any SAE-08 adapter. They are inexpensive and hoses with JIC female swivel ends make life so much easier.

The 90° fittings that come with the 5209 adapter are ORB to JIC male, ORB end screws into the adapter and a hose with JIC female end screw onto the fitting
Depending on how you want to route the hoses you may want to pick up a couple of straight or 45° fittings of that same ORB to JIC design

I’ve used both the 4209 two port with pipe threads and the 5209 three port with ORB threads, ORB ports are easier to seal and easier to get positioned at the angle you want it to be in

Apparently not the case with this vendor:

3/4-16 is the male thread for an O-ring boss fitting and should screw into the HV5902 block. If the other end of the fitting is female (swivel?), my first guess is that end is a pipe thread, either 1/2" NPT or 3/8" NPT.

Edited to correct #/4_16 to 3/4-16.

Guess I missed that one up, I’ve installed 3 of those adapters and swapped out some of the fittings to route the hoses differently

According to SMA listing the included fittings are 60UB-08x08 which is a 90° fitting with 3/4-16 ORB threads on one end and 1/2-14 female NPSM/NPT threads on the other end

On all of the adapters while reinstalling the standard Ford/Tisco remote valve the supplied bots were to long and bottomed out in the lift top
Best fix was to shorten those bolts by 1/4”
