TO-35 value $$

Looking for some opinions. What is the $ value of a 1960 TO-35 deluxe, running, Hi-Lo transmition, originaly power stearing, but now missing PS pump. Needs front axle bushing, front tires shot, rear tires one OK one shot, power adjust rear wheels. Body parts straight, but all surface rusted?? Thanks!!

Thanks guys!! That is exactly what I thought. A local repair shop has one for sale, I thought that for $1000-$1200 I would be shelling out cash on the spot, but when they told me that they wanted $3200 I had trouble being polite while walking out. Thanks again, Ben in NE

Bob, that one you found is a "MF 85" they are saying it is a 1958, if it is there were only 47 built in 1958 and this one was in the movies. Doesn't that add about $ 5000.00 more to it? LOL

G'Day [b:6f60cc0d45]Richard[/b:6f60cc0d45]. I must be dyslexic or having a "senior moment" in reading "35".

I briefly skimmed the advert, however did not have an interpreter available to translate the following into Australian:
The director of the first “XXX” loved her character and choose her to drive by when the weed farm was blowing up, after Vin Diesel is thrown out of a C 120, when the motorcyclist jumps over the exploading barn. Boring movie for some, although quite exciting for “Massey”. REDUCED First $2900 takes her to a good home. Fred 818-406-7745 [email protected]

I've now Googled "Vin Diesel" and assume a "C 120" is either a late '40s Cessna 120 or a Lockheed C130 Hercules a bit down on power and payload! A "weed farm" in this part of the world is considered a very naughty agricultural activity for which one is likely to receive a long, all expenses paid "holiday".

Sounds like a unit with potential. I paid $1500 not running. Not a deluxe either.
I have seen them in decent shape, running in the $3000 area. Region has an impact on that price. Hours on the tracto meter? Oil pressure?

I think I personally would not go any higher than $2000 based on your description. Sounds like it has been neglected. You will find more issues soon.

My opinion. John
