TO 35

Did all TO-35's come with 12 volt? Mine still has a generator and VR, + ground...but they look bigger than the ones I have on my Farmalls.

Is the tag still on the generator?

If it's black, 6v, if red, 12v.

I will check tonight....I mis-wrote earlier...It is negative ground. I hooked up some LED worklights and tried out some new headlights and they all seem to work fine.

Brain fart...I will put a meter on the battery.

Mine is a '59 or '60 and the starter is a 12 volt. Generator does not look original.

The to-35 changed to 12 volt at serial # 161250. That is when it went to neg ground.
