will a TO20 have enough RPMs for a 4 roller spray pump?

TO20 PTO turns at 540 rpms, like most standard PTO output, when your engine is turning 1500 rpm. If your 4 roller pump is made to run on a standard PTO, then yes your TO20 will run it just fine. According to the manual, the PTO will turn at 800 rpm when the engine speed is @ 2200 rpm, which is red line max speed

Your TO-20 runs 540 RPM at about 3/4 throttle.
I suppose if you need the full 800 RPM at the PTO then full engine throttle of 2200 RPM is needed.

All PTO driven implements are supposed to be driven at 540rpm on the PTO, this is 3/4 throttle on your tractor, but the main thing is that you set the pressure on the sprayer at whatever speed you run it at. Usually this is 40psi but it will depend on what you are spraying, to much pressure will cause too much mist that will drift and could damage neighbouring crops. If you are using it as a pressure washer, then run it at PTO speed....John
