TO30 Manifold Stud Torque

TO30 in NC

New User
The #4 cylinder manifold studs pulled from the block. Does anyone know what torque the studs in the block, (assuming Loctiting them unless someone has a better idea)?

Also, when I backed the studs out, coolant came out of the lower stud hole. Does anyone know if that indicates a cracked head, or is it that the stud cuts into the coolant gallery and when its in place its not a problem?

Any help appreciated.

Double nut the studs and turn them in with the outside nut.
Wrench tight is enough, no need to torque.
Not sure what to think about the coolant issue, I would apply some thread sealer and re-install. Cross your fingers nothing else happens.
Anyone one else run across this before?

If you remove the manifold studs out of my MF 65 water will come out of the holes. With a little sealer and tightening them it took care of the little bit of seepage I had.
