TO30 Steering adjustment ???

The left side steering arm is loose where it goes into the side of the steering box. When I try to drive it the left front wheel has a mind of its own and goes all over the place. There is a large flathead screw that has a jam nut on it. This screw is located just above where the drop arm goes into the steering box near the steering wheel.

Is there a drawing of the inside of this that I can look at to get an idea of how this part works?
