TO35 Deluxe(non working)value

I have a to35 Deluxe that was running when I last parked it about 20 years ago. Clutch was going out and decided to buy new tractor. What would be a good asking price range? I now consider this to be a project piece for someone to restore.

Is the motor stuck, radiator ok, water in the oil or transaxle, tire condition? a lot of things to consider.

I think $500 would be generous and you would be doing well to get that. But if the tires hold air and the engine isn't stuck, top off the fluids, pressure wash it, take decent pictures pulled out from under the lean to, and list it for $900 as a "ran when parked" and see what happens.

If tires are holding air and you can have it running easily it would make much more cash than a nonrunning tractor. It would probably double the price. where if you sell as is the 500 is generous.
