TO35 tach cable routing?

I pulled the steering gear off to replace bearings, seals, etc. and am reinstalling everything but hit a snag. The only component I've got a question on is the tach cable routing. Can any of you shed some light on the routing of the tach cable in the vicinity of the air filter and battery tray?
