cleaned the air breather on the MF35. When mowing season ends I plan to improve the breaks and then fill tires with some fluid.

Ummm - I would explore other ways to put weight on the rear other than fluid. Yes, It's cheaper at first, but in the long run, it is more costly in rim damage, tire repair, and paint. Just personal opinion but worth a thought.
