Torque Setting for bell housing

I can't for the life of me find the torque setting for the bellhousing (is that what we call it?)

Putting the 1510D back together from clutch change.

I dont have the specs but let me just say it will probably be much lower than you might expect so dont just wing it. The cast iron on the tractors is pretty soft.

I noticed on mine that some of the nuts had lock washers and some did not.

You don't use lock washers if you are tightening down to spec do you?

If you do, then I guess I need to add some more lock washers.

The parts book shows lock washers on all of them.
