Torque specs ad3.152?

Can someone please give me the current torque specs for the main bearing caps and head bolts for an ad3.152 lip seal engine? Thanks.

I read somewhere these blocks were prone to cracks near the cylinder wall due to thin material (speculation?) and updated head bolt torques were adjusted, but I couldn't find any info on the update. Also, I just bought a new preassembled ad3.152 short and the mains were torqued at 75 instead of 90-95... everything else was torqued to that manual spec which I have...this the reasons why I was wondering if the main caps and head bolts were different than this manual. Given that manual is for the rope seal, the lip seal is the replacement motor, so if any knows if these two torques are supposed to different please let me know if you could...thanks.
