tow hook

I want to attach a tow hook under the TO20 tractor axle and I see there are 4 bolt holes which should work. Is there a premade plate with a hook attached that I can buy for this or is this something I need to make myself? Thanks.

Those four holes are for mounting a drawbar kit. If you don't want to fabricate something custom, you can find the drawbar kit on this site at the link below. If you didn't want the whole kit, you could just by the part that bolts to the four holes which has the drawbar pin included and add whatever kind of hook you want to it.
