Tractor auction

Went to a big old tractor auction 170 tractors newest one was an 820. Not a big crowd tractors were in ruff to very rough conditions most were stuck tires bad rims bad missing peaces and brought high dollars for what they were just for g love the cub guy 2 cubs one with a sickle mower and one with a cultivator both stuck bad tires one missing a rear rim they brought 1200 and 1400 dollars

Good grief.... $500 tops for those cubs. If implements were complete and in good shape. I can hardly get their price for a running cub.

I've got this one advertised for sale. Started at $1500, no takers. Dropped to $1200. Got folks offering $900-1000. It runs , drives, and cuts grass!

Hey gplove, just like the real estate ads, location,location, location. A cub like you pictured they advertise for 2500-3500 here in swPa. Can't even buy a junk one for 1000. Almost wish I would have kept the one my uncle wanted to give me 30 years ago! I worked on it for him till he quit his little farming and sold out.

Location ? Means a lot these days. No demand for junk tractors around here more than scrap prices

I'd give you $1500 for it right quick if you deliver it.

Seriously, if that was local I'd have it at that price and I don't even like IH/Farmalls, etc.
