Tractor frontloader frame same as skid loader?

I have a Koyker 210 loader on my John Deere 2550. The bucket dismounts by withdrawing two lower pins, while the upper side of the bucket has about a two-inch pipe wedged into the loader frame as the upper attachement. Is this the same as you'll find on the standard skid loader, and are attachments largely interchangable between the two?
