I know the 800 ford tractor of this era was medium gray but not fond of the color as it looks beige. Has anyone used the light gray that yesterday tractor advertises and if so, a pic or two would be much appreciated. I am in need of prettyin up my 800?? Thnks

If isn't going to original colors, I've always thought about painting one 1955 Car colors to match the Victoria we used to have. Ford was an automotive company and would paint the tractor any color you wanted special order, but as I recall it was for the time a fairly pricey option. I saw the old pricing book from the dealer I worked at but do not remember the dollar figure.

I have painted an 841 and a 661 and I ordered my paint from external_link they know what the original colors were. There are many shadesof paint
out there that are not correct.

I use this brand of Light Ford Gray
