Mine so far happens to be. Fence row tractor that I got to run and have been pulling. I had to cut the RPMs back because the first time I took it out it won and got DQ when they teched me because it was turning too high. The previous owner had taken a hammer and bent over the throttle stop. LOL I have not even set the valves or checked the timing in it. Seems to run okay though. I'm not going to mess with it this year other than put some new to me old tires on it. The ones on there now are so dry rotten I'm not sure why they have not completely fallen off the wheels.
