Tractor ride prearation

Plannig to participate in the first Great Buckeye Tractor Cruise in July here in Ohio. Just wondering what experiences you have had and what things to look for. Not worried about road worthiness but am concerned about the distance, 40 miles.

After a few rides, you will think 40 miles is not too bad. For rain protection, get a rain suit, tingley boots to go up inside the pantlegs on the rain suit and a wide brimmed hat to keep the rain from running down your neck. Put a couple of cupholders on your fender to hold water and a cold one. It is also nice to have a bag to hold miscellaneous items. You're gonna love your ride!!
