Tractor Supply

Yup got one in a strip shopping area here I guess you could call it a strip mall. Has a dunhams and a couple other little places in it. Not much in it except the horse feed and clothes. Few sprayer parts and such.

Ahhh, a strip mall makes more sense.

I was thinking of a large enclosed mall - Caribou coffee, candy store, and food court - the whole 9 yards. GRIN

(quoted from post at 06:57:20 01/27/23) Yes. The one in Seneca Falls is the type I believe the rumor addresses. Maybe just a very localized thing. I picked up the rumor in Owego.

Tractor Supply in Western and Central New York state is oversaturated. This is just the greater Rochester Area:

I would not be surprised if they closed a few.

I thought the density would have been worse. Not bad if you need to grab oil or bolts at 6:15 Saturday evening after Monroe
Tractor or Land Pro have lock their doors. Of course the product line is pretty shallow compared to a Runnings or the old Central
Tractor. Stan Ruta was a Central Tractor exec who left CT for TSC close to 30 years ago. It was his idea for TSC that the more
pins on a map the better.

(quoted from post at 15:04:57 01/27/23) Brockport to North Greece is a good 15 or 20 miles it is not like any of these stores are that close to each other.

They're not that far away from each other either. From my place it's about the same distance to either of those locations. I can get to any of those 10 locations in that map in under 45 minutes.

There are only 12 Walmarts in that same geographic area. For as many people that shop at Walmart you'd think there would be more stores than that.
